Exclusion zone is situated on the north of the Kiev area and was formed in 1986 after explosion on the 4th block of the Atomic Power Station. Entrance to 30-kilometres zone is carried out through Dityatki block post (the Kiev direction).

If they are not citizens of the CIS they need single transit visa through the Belarus Republic and also two-time Ukrainian visas.
